The landscape project includes a central public area with a small area around the fountain and a stage with a couple of rows of stands, which allows you to collect small events in the neighbourhood and meetings of residents. This helps people get to know each other and strengthen good neighborly relations, forming their micro-community.

The yard also includes sports and playgrounds, which are surrounded by lush and uneven landscapes.
Children's and sports grounds are accented with bright spots of park space, actively involving the user in the game and sports. Children's playgrounds suggest a wide variety of their use and develop the imagination of children.
